Two Days Workshop on Vision, Mission, Objectives and Goals:

The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), University of Science & Technology, Bannu has organized “Two Days Workshop on Vison, Mission, Objectives, Goals and Learning Outcomes” in collaboration with Learning and Innovation Division (LID), Higher Education Commission, Islamabad. The purpose of the Workshop is to train the Faculty Members of the University as well as the Affiliated Colleges for fixing Vison, Mission, Objectives, Goals and Learning Outcomes for various Programs/ Courses being offered. The speaker of the Workshop will be Mr. Fahad Nawaz, Assistant Professor/ Internationally Certified Trainer, Institute of Management Sciences and Mr. Muhammad Riaz, Lecturer/ Experienced Trainer, Institute of Management Sciences, University of Science & Technology, Bannu. The Workshop is scheduled to be started w.e.f. 12-13 November, 2014 at Senate Hall, Main Campus, Administration Block, University of Science & Technology, Bannu. The Honourable Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdur Rahim Khan will grace the event by formally inaugurating and distributing the certificates among the participants.

1: Video Conference Facilities

Provision of Video Conference Facilities to Affiliated Colleges:

The Honourable Vice Chancellor, University of Science & Technology, Bannu is pleased to provide Video Conference Facilities to students and faculty members of affiliated colleges also. This is a part of the efforts made by the University to help the affiliated colleges in improving and updating their qualifications in research and academic activities.

It is worth mentioning that many useful and modern programs like Genomics, Chromatography, Spectrophotometry, DNA Sequencing, Cancer Biology, Chinese Language, NMR etc. are being regularly delivered through Video Conference facilities.

3: MoU Sign

University of Science and Technology Bannu has signed an MoU of mutual cooperation with International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI)
MoU has signed between the National Center for Physics, Islamabad and the UST, Bannu on Research Collaboration.

4: Workshop on CASCADING

Two Days Workshop on CASCADING:

On the approval of the Honourable Vice Chancellor, the QEC & ORIC, UST Bannu, has organized Two Days Workshop on CASCADING to be held on 4th and 5th June, 2014, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, in the Senate Hall, Main Campus, Administration Block, UST Bannu.

Vision of the ORIC

To promote and strengthen research and patent culture in University of Science & Technology Bannu and develop strong university-industry linkages in order to encourage and accelerate the process of creation and diffusion of knowledge that would serve the objective of establishment of HEI.
